Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days once payment is received. Please note that we only post Monday-Friday (not including bank holidays).
If you wish to use Next day Delivery please make sure you order before 2 PM on a working day. If you make an order over the weekend, your item will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Please note postage costs are based on the weight of the item so your delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout. For international orders, there is a chance you may be taxed or receive a customs fee, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these and therefore must be paid by the customer.
We also offer express delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can try and arrange a faster delivery for you.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, we can offer you a refund or an exchange once the item has been returned.

We ask that the item is unworn and still has the labels attached. If the item returned has clearly been worn we cannot offer a refund. We are unable to accept any returned items that have makeup and foundation marks. In order to receive your refund please return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Unfortunatley we do not offer exchange.
Please note that we do not cover postage costs unless you have been sent an incorrect item or a faulty item. If you are from the UK you must use Royal Mail standard signed for delivery and please provide us with the reference number to avoid the chances of the parcel getting lost. If you are international, please use a recorded service such a tracked & signed and when returning, please make sure you mark that it is a return.
